The Men's & Women's Open will be a money tournament:

$1000.00 to the winner

$500.00 to the finalist

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we have been notified that the Embassy Suites will be undergoing major renovations during the time of the National Championships.

No need to worry!  The ATA has selected  new host hotel - the newly remodeled 4 star historic Lord Baltimore located just 3 blocks from the Embassy Suites.

All Reservations made at the Embassy Suites will be transferred to the Lord Baltimore. Our rate will remain $114.00 per night plus tax and INCLUDES BREAKFAST.

The Lord Baltimore was originally built in 1928 by architect William Lee Stoddart. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and was visited by Martin Luther King, Jr. among a host of other historic luminaries. It has undergone a full renovation in 2014.

The 23-story, 440-room property features an in-room refrigerators; free wi-fi; a rooftop bar; the French Kitchen, a modern French bistro housed in the famous Versailles Room; the LB Tavern, an iconic lobby bar, and the LB Bakery, a contemporary coffee house filled with freshly baked goods.

Junior Housing at Coppin State University

The ATA in partnership with Baltimore HBCU Coppin State University is pleased to announce our Junior Housing & Meal Plan.  Teams my check in on July 29th and all must check out by 6 pm on August 5th.

Coppin State has offered us the following:

On-Campus housing offered only for Coaches/Chaperones, and Players. Note that no guests over the age of 18 will be permitted to room in the same suite as guests under the age of 18. Also note that suites and floors will be gender specific. CSU reserves the right to place guests as they see best fit, including combining suites amongst teams/individuals.

Space is limited, and will be assigned on a first come/first served basis. Form must be complete, including billing information, in order to be processed. Form must be received by CSU no later than Thursday, July 13th, 2017, 4:30pm to be considered.

Cost: $475.00/person. This includes:

  • Overnight accommodations in our suite style living residence halls. (Suite style means 3-4 double bed rooms sharing a common space and bathrooms) First available check-in date will be Saturday, July 29th. If arrival prior to the 29th is requested, additional charges may apply, if we are able to accommodate. All guests must be checked out of the residence hall by Saturday, August 5th, 6:00pm.
  • 3 meals per day in our Talon Center Dining Hall, 07/29 – 08/05/17. Schedule of Meals TBD
  •  Coppin State issued Access Card to provide access to Residence Hall and Dining Hall
